I need a book for every character.
I really enjoyed the plot and the setting. Empire was an amazing setting. I felt the academy vibes and wanted to be there too. I loved getting the academia vibes on top of mafia romance. The plot kept me engaged the entire time and I loved getting to know Jade and the rest of the Moretti family. Now, onto the romance: I LOVE DMITRI!!!! I want my own Dmitri. He was so loving and patient with Jade. But when that spice hit? LAWD. I was foaming at the mouth for that man. I also loved the relationship between Ivan and Jade. It threw me off a little at first but the more I read about their sibling-esque relationship - the more I was here for it.
Mafia must read!
I absolutely loved how Jade’s family accepted her and fell in love with her immediately. She deserved to have a loving and protective family. Dmitri was sweet and completely obsessed with her from the start. I really liked the time we spent at Empire. Mafia college is such a fun idea. I cannot wait for more in the series!
This book filled my heart with so much joy.
I loved this story. My heart broke for Jade, however I LOVED how she overcame everything and became this super strong woman! The book was somewhat of a slow burn but once it got going it was worth it. Dmitri was sooo hot 🥵 I loved how protective everyone was towards Jade , and how much love she experienced since growing up she had none. Dmitri was a dream, he was amazing in every way with how he loved Jade. This book filled my heart with so much joy. Read it ! I don’t think you will regret it.
